Terms & Conditions for our Online Tutoring Services:

Welcome to Daystar International Academy. We provide quality online tutoring services for students from Kindergarten to Grade 8. Please acquaint yourself with these terms & conditions guiding our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing/using our online tutoring services, portends agreement to the same.

2. Eligibility:
Our services are available to students in Kindergarten through Grade 8. Parents/ guardians may register their children for our tutoring services.

3. Registration
Parents/guardians may complete the registration process as required.

4. Tutoring Sessions:
Tutoring sessions will be scheduled based on availability. The same
will be conducted via a secure online platform.
Parents/guardians may ensure that students have access to a stable internet connection and necessary materials for the sessions.

5. Payment:
Payment for tutoring sessions may be made in advance.
We accept various payment platforms including credit/debit cards & online transfers.
Payments are not refundable unless sessions are canceled by the school.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

To cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, parents/guardians must notify the school at least 24 hours in advance.
Late notices may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

7. Code of Conduct:
Students are expected to be of good behaviour towards their tutors and fellow students.
Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or use of inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
The School reserves the right to terminate services of students who do not adhere to these codes of conduct.
8. Intellectual Property:

Materials provided during tutoring sessions are the intellectual property of the School.
Parents/guardians may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent from the School.
9. Privacy:

The School is committed to protecting the privacy of our users.
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability:

The School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

11. Amendments:
The School reserves the right to modify these terms & conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of users to review them periodically.

12. Governing Law:
