Each subject can have a tutoring duration of 30 minutes to 1 hour on weekends.
Terms & Conditions For Summer Online Tutoring Program:

Please read & note the terms & conditions guiding the registration.

1. Registration & Payment:
•Registration for the Summer Online Tutoring Program is incomplete until the registration form is received with full payment of the fees.
• Payment must be made on or before the specified deadline to secure your child's spot.
• Payment can be made through bank transfer

2. Program Schedule:
• These include class dates and times. This will be provided upon registration.
• Parent/guardian must ensure that their child attends the scheduled classes punctually.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:
•Cancellations communicated before the specified deadline will be eligible for refund, less 25% administrative handling.

4. Conduct & Participation:
• Civilised conducts will be expected throughout the entire sessions.
• Disruptive behaviours may attract sanctions.

5. Liability:
• Parent/guardian will be required to ensure that their child's learning environment is safe and conducive to online learning.

6. Intellectual Property:
• All materials provided during the online tutoring sessions are the intellectual property of [Daystar International Academy].
• Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share any program materials without prior written consent.

7. Technical Requirements:
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have access to a reliable internet connection & compatible device for participating in the online tutoring sessions.
• Technical issues like poor or no network experienced by participants during the program are not grounds for refunds, rescheduling or any form of compensation.

8. Privacy Policy:
• We are committed to protecting the privacy of our participants. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for program administration purposes.
